Steak Kebab Marinade

Kristi's Awesome Guacamole

4   Ripe Avocados - should be just soft enough to mash
1-1/2   Tablespoons Lemon Juice
1   Tsp Salt
2   Tsps Louisiana-style Red Pepper Sauce

Peel and mash avocados with a fork. Add remaining ingredients to taste.
Hint: Save the large avocado seeds. Adding them to the finished
dip will help it stay fresh longer!

Steak Kebab Marinade

1   8-oz. Can Tomato Sauce
1/4 Cup   Salad Oil
1/4 Cup   Burgundy Wine
1 Dash   Worcestershire Sauce
1 Dash   Tobasco Sauce
1/2 Tsp   Garlic Powder
1/4 Tsp   Onion Salt
1/4 Tsp   Black Pepper

Combine ingredients in a non-reactive container. Add 1 to 2 pounds
fresh kebab beef, stirring mixture to thoroughly coat the meat.
Marinade overnight for best results, then skewer the beef along with
your favorite kebab fixings. Grill over medium heat to desired doneness.

Easy Artichoke Dip

1 Can   Artichoke Hearts (drained)
1 Cup   Mayonnaise
1 Cup   Grated Parmesan Cheese

Mix ingredients thoroughly in a food processor. Pour into a baking
dish or casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes, or until
lightly browned on top. Serve with Fritos or crackers.
