Kristi's Awesome Guacamole Dip Steak Kebab Marinade Easy Artichoke Dip Kristi's Awesome Guacamole 4 Ripe Avocados - should be just soft enough to mash 1-1/2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice 1 Tsp Salt 2 Tsps Louisiana-style Red Pepper Sauce Peel and mash avocados with a fork. Add remaining ingredients to taste. Hint: Save the large avocado seeds. Adding them to the finished dip will help it stay fresh longer! Top of Page Steak Kebab Marinade 1 8-oz. Can Tomato Sauce 1/4 Cup Salad Oil 1/4 Cup Burgundy Wine 1 Dash Worcestershire Sauce 1 Dash Tobasco Sauce 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder 1/4 Tsp Onion Salt 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper Combine ingredients in a non-reactive container. Add 1 to 2 pounds fresh kebab beef, stirring mixture to thoroughly coat the meat. Marinade overnight for best results, then skewer the beef along with your favorite kebab fixings. Grill over medium heat to desired doneness.
